Sándor, a widower, is the only witness to a serious accident involving his stepdaughter and youngest son. Now he faces a dilemma: should he tell the truth and live with the consequences? Or lie and save his son from juvenile detention?
Our rate: *
A rather interesting subject, relatively little dealt with in cinema, or at least in an intimate form: the genetic nature of violence and the repercussions it can engender, or how a father who has learned to master his own violence has to deal with that of his own son, and its possible consequences. The cinematographic treatment itself is relatively neutral, with no great artistic moments, and above all suffers from a lack of pace in its second third, despite the good exposition, the plot which has its share of mystery and twists, and the unexpected final twist.
